During your first session we will do some assessments that will help me to identify any muscle imbalance that you may have.
This is important so we can work on those area's first and work up from there. I am not just here to help those who are
wanting to get in shape and lose weight, but also those who are coming back from an injury, if you need help revamping
your workout, or coming back from having a baby.
I am a normal person who wants to help you reach your goals. Whether it's weight loss, leaner muscles, help with runner
better and farther, learning how to eat better, and even someone to listen while you vent about your struggles. If you are
ready to change your life for the better, I would love to help you do it. We can do it together.
I will also be helping youth from ages 6-19 to learn how to enjoy exercises. There are a lot of fun ways to exercise
your body. It doesn't have to be "boring" or seem to be boring. We will work together to make it fun. I will also love
to work with those are considered to be in their golden years to help keep your bodies stay as strong as possible.
